Training Form

You use your own body weight. I’ll be your coach, and guide you through the 8 hours you are with me. Training sessions lasting 60 minutes. Boot camp has a strong focus on the strong you, both physically but also mentally. I am a coach who is tough and you’re going to feel it for sure, but I will also make sure that you are getting a boost from me before you walk out the door. On the way you will be ready for the next time, it will be an important thing for you, but me too. Change will not come by itself, you have to work for it!
