Elastic Band Program


This program contains:

  • – One PDF (in english) with pictures (3 LEVELS).
  • – Training program contains training 2 times per week.
  • – Training sessions of 15 min. to 35 min. duration.
  • – Demands a elastic band or two.

The Elastic Band Program works with the small muscles, which creates a more defined body.
