  • – Training program contains training 3 times per week.
  • – Training sessions of 25 min. to 45 min. duration.

 

What level is for me?

  • – Beginner (Doesn’t Work out – First time or a long resting period.)
  • Advanced  (Work out – Good form or have been working out for more than 5 months.)
  • – Hardcore (Super form or good to press yourself to new limits(ALOT))

 

What is the difference?

  • – From Beginner to Advance  6 new exercises is added + higher intensity during work out.
  • – From Advance to Hardcore  1 new exercises is added + higher intensity during work out.

For The Whole Body Program you will need:

  • – TRX
  • – Elastic Band (Orange from Casall. Level Hard (24-32kg.) You can buy it here)
  • – 1 Kettlebell

 

If you don’t have a TRX or kettlebell:

  • – Water Bottle
  • – Rope
