Abs Program


This program contains:

  • – One PDF (in english) with pictures (3 LEVELS)
  • – One video for the program.
  • – Training program contains training  2 – 3 times per week.
  • – Training sessions of 15 min. to 25 min. duration.

The Abs Program only have one training tool, your body weight.

//May not be used during pregnancy. People with slipped disc and/or bad pelvic, miscellaneous damage, bad neck,  I recommend no use of my abs program (are you still unsure? contact workoutpedersen)//



Can be trained: 

  • – Home
  • – Outside
  • – Training Center

The program may not be used if you have Rectus diastase / abdominal muscle separation.
